Energy Statements

Some local authorities are now requesting energy statements as apart of their planning policies. It is a statement showing how the energy efficient measures will be made to improve the energy performance of the building compared to a baseline building based on the building regulations.

The energy statement will show how the developer will intend to reduce the CO2 emissions of the building and it can be produced alongside the SAP or SBEM calculation.
